High-temperature resistant glass, also known as heat-resistant glass, is a special type of glass refined through specialized physical or chemical processes. It can operate safely at high temperatures and withstand thermal shock.
High-temperature resistant glass, also referred to as heat-resistant glass, is crafted via advanced physical or chemical techniques to perform reliably under high-temperature conditions and resist sudden temperature changes. Valued for its high transparency, exceptional heat resistance, superior thermal stability, and stable chemical properties, it is an indispensable component in industrial automation production lines. It finds extensive applications in sectors such as pressure vessel manufacturing, steel production, metallurgy, petrochemicals, military engineering, and lighting fixtures.
- Heat resistance temperatures: 300°C, 500°C, 860°C, 1200°C, 1500°C, etc.
- Thermal stability: 180°C, 300°C, 700°C, 1200°C, etc.
The high-temperature resistant glass series encompasses six major categories:
- General high-temperature resistant glass, high-pressure high-temperature resistant glass, pressure vessel sight glass, pipeline sight glass, and boiler-specific high-temperature resistant glass.
- Fireplace-specific high-temperature resistant glass, wave soldering equipment glass, oven-specific high-temperature resistant glass, and observation port glass.
- Acid-alkali resistant glass for chemical pipelines, ultra-high temperature resistant glass for thermal power plants and steel mills, high-temperature resistant glass for aluminum electrolysis plants, and explosion-proof high-temperature glass.
- Optical glass including radiation-shielding glass, UV-transmitting glass, UV-blocking glass, IR-transmitting glass, IR-blocking glass, and laser-protective glass.
- Printing and dyeing equipment glass, underground light glass, various lighting glass, mining explosion-proof glass, high-temperature glass sight tubes, and high-temperature resistant sight glasses.
- Special optical glass for non-destructive testing, medical diagnostics, and physical/chemical analysis, as well as welding protection glass.
