Nowadays, environmental protection has control over the frosting of traditional glass bottles. Our factory is equipped with a professional sandblasting plant to give you a brief introduction to the process of sandblasting. Sandblasting is the use of sandblasting guns to spray quartz sand on the surface of glass products or Emery and other abrasives make it a matte surface, producing a light-transmitting, non-perspective effect. If the sandblast is used to form a pattern or text using a hollow template, it is called a sand sculpture.
Sandblasting is done inside the blasting equipment. Sandblasting equipment includes sandblasting machines, compressed air systems and abrasive processing devices. General factories use pneumatic blasting, which uses high-speed airflow blasting using compressed air or high-pressure fans. The pneumatic sand blasting machine includes a studio, a hopper, a spray gun, a suction pipe, a compressed air pipe, and a dust removal device. The studio was closed during blasting to prevent dust from flying. Compressed air is introduced into the spray gun through the trachea. The negative pressure formed by the high-speed air flow sucks the abrasive in the hopper from the suction pipe into the spray gun and forms an abrasive jet, which is ejected by the spray gun and directed at the glass product to complete the sand blasting. This is the principle of pneumatic sand blasting machine.
